NEVER pay for help with a Short-sale. The bank pays the agent when selling the house, and there is no need to charge you! On the contrary, demand from whoever helps you to apply and try to get the bank to pay THOUSANDS of dollars to you for moving out of the house. I can help you without charging for processing the application. I never charge my clients for that help, and I even fight and try to get them paid when they move. It is not always achieved, but I make the attempt and effort for my clients.
